Lake Manyara is a good starter when you are going to plan your safaris in Tanzania.
Although small in size, it boosts a good concentration of animals and birds, suited to the parks several ecosystems. This is the park where you may even get a glimpse of a tree-climbing Lion – the leopard.
The park houses as many as 350 species of birds.
In Lake Manyara you really feel that you are exploring. There are many different kinds of forest, and this makes it a little harder to have an overview. On the other hand the animals have good opportunities to hide a little better. But don’t be nervous: We will find them for you anyway!
